CEO
Sal started Mass Bay Movers with the goal of providing high quality moves at an affordable price. He worked at a small family business for twenty years before branching out to start his own company. Sal has a personal reputation for honesty and trustworthiness which he has built Mass Bay Movers on.
Bob
President
Bob is the Senior Project Manager for Restoration Jobs at Mass Bay Movers. Before taking his current position, Bob worked as a project manager at ServiceMaster for twelve years. His expertise as a restoration contractor allows him to better serve his moving clients who have had a damage claim at their home or business.
Emily
Director of Insurance, Restoration, and Packouts
Emily began at Mass Bay Movers in 2020 as an office assistant, working her way up over the years to the Director of Insurance & Restoration. Emily’s focus has been helping to develop and implement new processes to improve the efficiency of the division.
Josue
Director of Operations
Josue started in 2021 as the warehouse lead and through his hard work has earned the role of Director of Operations. He works closely with our operations teams, including overseeing our moving crews, to ensure all moves are completed to Mass Bay's high standards.
Nick
Administrative Operations Specialist
Starting at Mass Bay Movers in 2020, Nick plays an important role in providing administrative and operational support to the entire team. His areas of expertise include maintaining our fleet of trucks, providing customer service, and coordinating with outside vendors.
Dan
Senior Sales Associate
Dan joined the Mass Bay Movers team in March of 2022. Dan brings an enthusiastic attitude to the office every day and works diligently to ensure that his customers are well taken care of. He provides accurate and timely estimates and is always happy to talk through difficult or unusual situations.
Jon
Project Manager
Jon has been working at Mass Bay Movers since 2021. He brings fourteen years experience working in the Disaster Restoration Industry, which helps him connect with clients who are experiencing
homeowner claims. When it comes to fire and water damage packouts, Jon will be the first person on-site to assess the needs and ensure a professional moving experience throughout.

Spencer started with us in 2018 as a summer college mover. He’s since worked in local sales and after graduating, stepped up as a Project Manager in our Insurance, Restoration, and Packout division.

Restoration Sales & Marketing Associate
Having started working at Mass Bay Movers during his high school summers, Noah stepped into the role of Sales & Marketing Associate in 2024 after
graduating college. Noah is focused on connecting with our clients and providing great customer service.
Lochlann
Administrative & Financial Associate
Lochlann joined Mass Bay Movers in 2024 as a key member of the finance team. He plays a vital role in managing payroll and accounting functions, ensuring the smooth financial operation of the company.
