We had such an amazing experience with Mass Bay Movers/Restoration Movers!
Dan was so easy to work with and answered all the questions I had. He said the crew would arrive between 8-9am and they arrived at 8am on the dot.
The crew worked so efficiently and wrapped everything with care. They even wrapped up my cat’s VERY well-loved cat tree! They had to go up three flights with no elevator and moved us to a very unique location with outside steps and up to a second floor. They laid down mats and put little cushion things on all of our furniture as to not scratch the hardwood. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They were priced so fairly and really showed so much care for what they do!
As long as I live in Massachusetts, I will always use Mass Bay Movers for any future moves!

The workers have been fabulously efficient and effective in their work, readily meeting my wishes, cooperative, helpful, and generous. There were LOTS of heavy boxes to be lifted and they even shoveled through deep snow, using a less convenient access, but less soiling one. This and their vacuuming cleanup showed how committed to their work they are. I appreciate so much their presence in this project, very highly recommending them. A+ result. Hire them; don’t let someone else get to them first!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and crew. We needed an emergency pack out on a tight deadline and they delivered in every way. Spencer planned and coordinated, with excellent communication, and even shoveled my driveway to help get trucks in. The moving crew, led by Guy, was top notch. Guy is well organized, handled the complexities of the move beautifully, and was an excellent communicator. Speedy is his right hand man and was fabulous, a hard worker, great communicator and so helpful. The rest of the crew included Carlos, DarLuis, Miguel, and Francisco. Each man was focused, hard working, helpful and kind. They were joined by Erler, Marcio and Junior for a while and those guys were great too. This was a difficult and stressful time for me and these guys made a tough situation go as smoothly as possible. Thank you!

From the start Restoration movers were on point with their communication. They made a change for us when needed and it was all seamless. On the day of the move, Guillermo, Juan and Aguilar were amazing. They were professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire move. They truly this process so easy, thank you! Restoration Movers – Boston just saved my day today! The team with the two Ivan’s are such a wonderful group of guys. Each one of the team was not only very friendly and nice, but such a professional group of people. They took such great care of all of our families furniture and home furnishings. They took great care in protecting every item, as well as our newly renovated house with the utmost respect. Also, I can’t imagine how long it would have taken our family to do what these guys did in a few hours. This is a gem of a company. I will absolutely be calling them for any future needs.
