The team at Mass Bay Movers made my move stress free. They communicated frequently, were punctual, courteous and very careful with my belongings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with moving. I moved from a single family home to an apartment.

They did a great job- fast, super efficient, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy with how things were going. It was above my expectations as far as the protection and care of my belongings. And they were really nice and courteous!

Highly recommend. Customer service was on point, the 2 gentlemen that showed up to move were nice and polite. Got right to work and didn't waste any time. Very happy with the overall experience.

I told him what I needed and he was able to help. The movers arrived at the promised time. They were professional, helpful and extremely efficient. My things were to be delivered the next day. My closing was delayed. I called Nick to see if I could push back the delivery a couple of hours. Again, no problem. They came at the agreed time. Because it was Saturday, I was hoping to hear from them first thing Monday morning. Within 10-15 minutes I got a call from Sal, the owner. I told him what I needed and he said they could do it. The movers were there when they said they would be. The were very professional. They were done within 2 hours. My things were to be delivered to my new home the next day between 1 and 3. My closing got pushed back. I spoke with Nick and explained the situation. Delivery was pushed back to 3. The gentlemen who came at 3 were amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough! From my first conversation with Sal ... to on-going conversations with Erica...to a tour of the warehouse (which was incredibly clean and organized)..to the actual move itself..this company delivered top notch service !

My move involved a first stop to pick up and pack office furniture from an office in downtown Boston, then a second stop at my Boston apartment where the moving team packed furniture, artwork, an oversized china cabinet, an upright piano, and other furniture items ...some to be delivered to Cape Cod and other items to be stored. The moving team delivered the designated artwork and furniture to my home on Cape Cod (including placing some large items on the second floor up a narrow stairway) and took the remaining furniture to long term storage at their warehouse.

The moving team ( of 4 men headed up by Heyner) all worn masks and were respectful of social distancing. Throughout the move the team was professional, efficient, congenial, hard working and clearly well trained. They packed and wrapped each item with care and expertise; and delivered everything in perfect condition. They addressed any concern I had and left nothing to chance.

The move went like clockwork..a totally seamless transition !

We had a 4 man crew to move us out of our 2 bedroom condo + basement storage unit. Our guys were Henry, George, Jaramillo and Baha. From the minute they arrived (they were right on time!), I could tell these guys meant business. Baha led the crew and asked me before starting what we wanted to take, what we wanted to leave and went over some paperwork. He was very thorough. Then, when it came time to move all our stuff, the finished loading the trucks in 2 hours 15 minutes! And we have a LOT of stuff - bed, dresser, baby furniture, huge media stand, stationary bike, patio furniture, a huge sectional- you get the picture. I was shocked at how fast they moved! And they were so careful - by the time they got to Bedford, nothing was broken! And they also assembled and disassembled our stuff like bed, crib, they took down our tv that was mounted. And they were such nice guys. Any request we made was executed with zero complaints. We felt bad they were working so hard and got them pizza and Gatorade. You can probably find movers that are cheaper but they won't be as good, efficient or careful. Our moving crew and Sal and his office team were a pleasure to deal with. The company was responsive to my questions and the movers were professional, efficient, and mindful of their surroundings. The foreman even had the stick on coasters to put under the legs of our furniture before I had a chance to wonder where I had put mine.

This being the COVID era they all wore masks.

Moving sucks and we don't plan on doing it anytime soon but this was one of the easiest moves in my 40+ years and well worth it. read less

They were methodical in their approach to make sure everything was loaded correctly and packed accordingly to negate even the faintest possibility of a scratch or ding in transport. The same thought and precision went into loading the storage unit. I was initially scared that it wouldn’t all fit and that it would be packed in a way that would make finding anything impossible. They assuaged any fears or doubt with their thoughtful unloading and arrangement. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this team enough- consummate professionals that take a lot of stress out of moving. We rebuilt our home and Mass Bay moved us out of our house and into a 2nd story apartment and put the rest of our stuff into storage. Their guys were all very professional, courteous and able to take care of anything that came their way. Yes, they hauled our sofa up and down from the 2nd story porch window as it couldn't make it up the stairs. After bringing all of our stuff back to our house, they returned everything from storage today and everything looked amazing and well taken care of for the past 16 months. They were on time every time and were very flexible with pick ups and deliveries. These guys are the best in the business and happy to do it!! read less

Mass Bay Movers were awesome! Heyner and his crew worked fast, efficient and were very professional. They wrapped every piece of furniture individually and left not even the smallest scratch. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving. We will definitely use them in the future!

I’ve moved 4 previous times but this was by far the most professional and stress-free move. The team was very courteous and respectful of both the occupants and contents of my home. They were efficient yet careful. I’d give them 5 stars!

Hilberth, Edwin and Alberto were so organized, professional and just great to work with. We were moving out of state to a much smaller house that is being rehabbed. There was a fair amount of large furniture that had to go into a garage and I was amazed at how easily they handled all the craziness that day. They worked straight out all day hauling large furniture to several locations and up steep stairs with not one problem. If we ever move again, and I hope we never have to, I would not hesitate to hire them again, they were worth every penny spent. read less

This move that had taken me months to even find someone was finally over and done with in less than a week, and my shop was finally in good shape.
