We did have some minor damage but Mass Bay Movers took care of that immediately to my satisfaction. Mass Bay Movers had a warehouse around the corner and I called Sal for help. My girlfriends mom and her dad who has been sick called me the day after the move. They could not have been happier. They said the guys were incredible. The move came under the estimate and the quality of work was great. Moving can be extremely stressful. Most people have been in the same place for years. Mass Bay movers did it all from estimate to executing the move to perfection. What a mistake it would be if your looking for a moving company and didn't call Mass Bay Movers... great job and thank you read less

We called and talked to Sal, who was very courteous and helpful. He sent someone over to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. When the big day came, the price was even lower! The guys were very friendly and gentle with our stuff. They took extra precautions to ensure that none of our stuff got damaged. They emptied out our apartment pretty quickly, and met us at our new home to unload it just as quickly, while bringing everything where it needed to go, safely and undamaged. They were also very careful not to let our cat escape! Moving has always been such a stressful experience for me, but Mass Bay made this day an easy and stress-free day. Sal personally called to ensure we were satisfied. He is a great guy! I cannot recommend Mass Bay enough! We will be using them again when we upgrade! read less

Easiest part of buying and selling our homes was the move. Nicest moving crew had us in in less time than estimated and not one item was broken or missing. Perfect 10 on service!

These guys were awesome! Punctual, friendly and very conscientious. They even helped me move a few additional things from my car. I would highly recommend to anyone moving in the Boston area.

From the moment Nick M. came to our home to provide us with an estimate, we knew THIS was the company to hire. His professionalism was utmost. He explained exactly how all of our furnishings and household items would be handled and protected throughout the entire process. We were confident in Mass Bay Movers ability to get the job done. Tina in the office kept us informed of all pickup/delivery dates and times (all of which were promptly on time) Gabriel and his crew were phenomenal. We were amazed at the amount of respect they demonstrated to us, our home and property. The home we moved into was brand new, needless to say we were anxious about any potential damage. But a huge shoutout to Gabriel and his crew once again! They used these special runner mats to protect our hardwood floors and even added felt protectors to the bottom of EVERYTHING before they placed it on the floors. The builder happened to stop by during the “move in” and told us how impressed he was with these guys and the extra steps they took to protect and respect our new home!!! It was a really pleasant conversation and the estimate was reasonable. I had received a higher estimate from one of the larger movers previously.
The day of our move, Rich arrived (who has a lot of experience), with two young men. They all worked very hard. They were considerate of more fragile items and helped us wrap them properly. Things moved along at a good pace. The way they organized, loaded and stacked everything was impressive too. All in all this was a great experience and exactly how we hoped it would go. read less

Mass Bay Movers moves my mother this past weekend. They are wonderful!  They take the time to wrap up your furniture so that no damage occurs. The men are all so polite and make the move less stressful. Great team and company!!

I had a velvet bed that shows dirt easily. I asked them to wash their hands before wrapping it and they did. Luis, sales consultant for Mass Bay Movers was excellent! Very professional and fair. I have already recommended them to friends and family! The crew that we had was unbelievable! Not only were they professional but very polite. All I gotta say is Hardworkers. Tough to find good service now a days.
